Talent Acquisition Specialist/Sr. Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding.
• Oversee recruitment for diverse functions and utilize tools, active talent mapping, and professional networks to source top-tier passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to define job requirements, align on candidate profiles, and set realistic recruitment timelines.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with all applicants to ensure a positive candidate journey that reflects the company's values.
• Assist in the planning and execution of the company's Management Trainee and Internship programs.
• Represent the company at university career fairs, campus activation events, and student competitions.
• Collaborate with the TA Manager to generate engaging recruitment content, employee spotlights, and campaign visuals for LinkedIn and local job boards.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and report key operational metrics.
• Manage candidate workflow through the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring full data integrity and compliance with internal hiring policies.
• Coordinate and communicate with external parties responsible for the talent acquisition support.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant major from reputable university.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience within maufacturing environment preferably FMCGs.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Fluency in English & Arabic is a must (written and spoken).

Pay: E£5,163.67 - E£34,207.39 per month
