About the role

PT. Wijaya Machinery Perkasa (WMP) is seeking an active and communicative Talent Acquisition Staff with the ability to source quality candidates according to company needs. This position goes beyond posting vacancies and waiting for CVs to arrive. We are looking for someone who actively conducts sourcing and headhunting, searching for candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, networking, and direct outreach to potential candidates. The main focus is to help the company find the right people for the right position, especially for Sales, Technical, Engineering, Service, and other positions in the machinery/manufacturing industry.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the recruitment process from sourcing until candidates join the company
• Understand manpower needs from each division and hiring manager
• Create and publish job vacancies
• Actively search for candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glints, databases, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing
• Conduct headhunting and direct outreach to passive candidates, not just waiting for applicants
• Search for candidates from companies or industries relevant to position needs
• Perform CV screening and initial screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate the interview process
• Conduct initial interviews and create candidate assessments
• Manage candidate database and talent pool

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
• Experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is a plus
• Fresh graduates with good communication and sourcing abilities may be considered
• Familiar with LinkedIn, job portals, and candidate sourcing methods
• Good communication and interview skills
• Comfortable conducting cold outreach/headhunting to candidates
• Proactive and not solely dependent on candidates from job advertisements
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
• High curiosity about various positions and industries
• Able to work with recruitment targets and deadlines
