Talent Acquisition Supervisor (Base Roi Et)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze job requirements and define candidate qualifications to meet organizational needs.
2. Develop recruitment plans and post job openings across various sourcing channels and platforms.
3. Analyze target recruitment areas, conduct field sourcing, and set up booths for candidate engagement.
4. Coordinate with educational institutions, external agencies, and relevant stakeholders to promote job opportunities.
5. Prepare and present recruitment and hiring reports/metrics to supervisors and executive management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in a recruitment role with 3 years of mass recruitment experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of employer branding, talent attraction, and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in both English and Thai languages.
