Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern

Company: Bajaj Capital Ltd.
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 6 Months+ in HR

Stipend: upto 10,000/month
Duration: 6 Months
PPO: Opportunity based on performance

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases accurately.
• Draft and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
• Assist with offer follow-ups and onboarding formalities.

Skills We Are Looking For

• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong coordination, organization and follow-up skills.
