Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Job Descriptions

● Lead, coach, and manage a team of talent acquisition to meet hiring objectives and performance targets.

● Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

● Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire and continuously improve processes.

● Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding, onboarding, and retention initiatives.

Recruitment Process Management

● Collaborate with HRBP for upcoming employee movements, understanding hiring team situation.

● Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and desired skills for open roles.

● Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

● Review and screen resumes/applications to shortlist potential candidates.

● Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, soft skills, and cultural fit.

● Coordinate and participate in panel interviews and other assessment methods as needed.

● Evaluate candidates using behavioral interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks.

● Guide and support hiring managers throughout the selection process, offering recommendations and facilitating hiring decisions.

● Ensure accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, reports and recruitment bonus.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and drive data-based decisions.

• Proven ability to lead recruitment teams and deliver on high-volume or complex hiring needs.

• Experience in employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing, and event coordination is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.

• Willing to work full on-site at office in Kuala Lumpur.
