Role & responsibilities

• 0-6 months of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR.
• Freshers with a strong interest in HR and recruitment are welcome.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered productivity/recruitment tools.
• Sharp, proactive, energetic, and willing to take ownership.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• A learning mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone who is young at heart, ambitious, curious, and hungry to grow.
