- Update tracking systems (ATS) and maintain recruitment dashboards in Excel.
- Engage selected candidates weekly to minimise drop-out risks before joining.
- Assist in onboarding activities, including document verification and induction kits.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand active business hiring requirements clearly.
