Talent Acquistion Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is energetic, confident, and interested in building a career in recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable with high-volume/bulk hiring, and is willing to make frequent candidate calls.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with the HR and recruitment team and get hands-on experience across the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment team in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment across multiple roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Conduct cold calls and initial candidate screening to assess suitability and interest.
• Communicate with candidates and explain job roles, responsibilities, compensation, and company expectations.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely movement of candidates through different stages.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment trackers.
• Work towards daily and weekly sourcing, calling, screening, and hiring targets.
• Support offer rollouts, joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
• Assist the HR team with other recruitment and talent acquisition activities as required.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Internship & Conversion

• Duration: 6 months
• Stipend: 15,000 per month
• Full-Time Conversion: Based on performance during the internship, eligible candidates may be offered a full-time position with the organization.
• Conversion will be evaluated based on recruitment performance, communication, ownership, consistency, and overall contribution to the team.
