Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills to ensure timely hiring of quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
• Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals and social media.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate technical and management interview rounds.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Perform reference checks and background verification where applicable.
• Negotiate salary offers within approved budgets.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and hiring reports.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
• Interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and ATS.
• Negotiation and relationship management.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience hiring for Retail, Apparel, Jewellery, E-commerce, Warehouse, Corporate, or Manufacturing roles.
• Hands-on experience with bulk hiring and lateral recruitment.
• Knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding processes.
