About the role

Talent Acquisition role focused on recruitment processes for retail positions across Indonesia, sourcing candidates from Store Crew to Manager level through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment processes for retail positions throughout Indonesia
• Source candidates for all positions from Store Crew to Manager level
• Source candidates through Job Portal, LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and candidate assessments
• Coordinate with users regarding manpower requirements
• Ensure employee needs are met according to manpower planning and recruitment timelines
• Manage candidate database and talent pool for store expansion needs
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time to hire, cost per hire, and recruitment fulfillment
• Ensure candidate onboarding processes run smoothly

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in retail industry
• Understanding of mass hiring and recruitment processes for operational store positions
• Experience conducting recruitment across various regions in Indonesia
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interview skills
• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines
