Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of recruitment experience and possess strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills. The recruiter will be responsible for hiring candidates across various non-IT functions and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing for non-IT positions.
• Understand client hiring requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, databases, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment, staffing, consultancy, or RPO environment.
• Experience in bulk hiring or lateral hiring will be an added advantage.
