Talent Advisor

Northern Star Mining Services is seeking a Talent Advisor to join our Kalgoorlie team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support operations across Western Australia, sourcing and attracting talent for trades and underground mining positions.

This residential Kalgoorlie-based role is suited to someone with strong administration, communication, and relationship-building skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Talent Advisor

• Location: Kalgoorlie WA - centrally located office

• Employment Type: Fulltime 12-Month fixed term contract

• Roster: 5:2/4:3 Roster, 10hr Days

What you'll be doing

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Coordinate compliance and pre-employment checks.
• Facilitate group recruitment activities.
• Lead site mobilisation and onboarding.
• Source talent for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Build talent pipelines and candidate networks.
• Represent Northern Star at recruitment events and career fairs.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential - a passion for people and recruitment counts!

• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office Suite).

• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Current Australian "C" Class Manual Driver's Licence.
