What You Will Do:

1. Handle the process of assessment conduct.
2. Handle the process of assessment feedback to employees (assesses/ superiors/ Management).
3. Follow up and monitor the promotion/mutation/demotion process.
4. Follow up and monitor end of contract/ end of probation process (both internal employees and MS/PBE).
5. Assist in Human Asset Value (HAV) Mapping.
6. Assist in analyzing and monitoring IDP and Talent Pool program.
7. Assist in coaching and mentoring process.
8. Follow up and monitor KPI & Performance Appraisal process in Protelindo Group:

• Performance & Business Analytics ( Analyze business performance, identify performance gaps and root causes, develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and provide reports with improvement recommendations to management.)
• Data Analysis & Reporting (Process and analyze data using advanced Microsoft Excel to generate data-driven insights that support decision-making.)
• Performance Improvement & Continuous Improvement (Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and process efficiency, evaluate business processes, and measure improvement outcomes.)
• KPI & Operational Performance Monitoring (Monitors operational performance, establishes tracking systems, and provides strategic recommendations to stakeholders)
• Stakeholder Management (Collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights to management.)

What You Will Need:

• Minimum 2 years experience in HR field.
• Having 1 or 2 yrs experience in Talent Mgt/ Performance Mgt would be preferable.
• Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Knowledge or experience in Assessment tool/conduct would be preferable.
• Good analytical skill as well as the communication skill.
• Fluent in English is preferable.
• Added value skills include: Advanced Excel dashboarding, statistical and predictive analysis, Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies, and end-to-end data capabilities (data cleaning, management, and dashboard development).
