Talent Associate

We’re looking for an energetic, proactive, and people-focused Talent Associate to join our growing team.

This is an entry-level opportunity, so prior recruitment experience is not required. You’ll work with our hiring and management teams to source, screen, and coordinate candidates across technology, AI, software development, sales, marketing, and business roles.

You’ll also learn how to use AI-powered recruitment tools to make sourcing and hiring faster and more effective.

What You’ll Do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and online communities.
• Review CVs and applications and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit.
• Reach out to candidates through LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.
• Post jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee, and other platforms.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other modern recruitment technologies.

• LinkedIn or social media experience.
• Recruitment or HR internship experience.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• University society or event-management experience.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets.
• Basic understanding of the technology industry.
• Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools.
