Talent Coordinator (Ops, Contract)

• We’re looking for a contract Talent Coordinator to support hiring across our Los Angeles Market
• You’ll own scheduling, candidate communication, and process coordination—partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams to ensure a fast, organized, and seamless hiring experience
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across hourly roles
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
• Provide onsite support for hiring events
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in ATS (Greenhouse)
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to resolve scheduling conflicts and keep processes moving
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and overall candidate experience
• Support and refine workflows within the Talent Acquisition function
• Exposure to both high-volume and professional hiring

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, customer service, or administrative support
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
