Talent Development Administrator

Design Impactful Learning Experiences

• Create engaging instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
• Develop training materials, job aids, guides, eLearning content, and employee resources.
• Apply instructional design best practices to ensure learning is effective, practical, and aligned with business needs.
• Continuously improve learning content based on feedback, results, and changing organizational priorities.

Lead Learning Projects

• Manage training and development projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate learning activities related to new systems, processes, products, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and communication strategies to support successful adoption and execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-quality learning solutions.

Manage Learning Systems

• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, enrollments, training records, reporting, and learner support.
• Maintain accurate learning records and ensure content remains current and accessible.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning processes and the employee learning experience.

Facilitate Learning & Development

• Deliver instructor-led training, onboarding programs, workshops, and development sessions.
• Support leaders and employees with learning and development resources.
• Create an engaging learning environment that encourages participation, growth, and skill development.

Education, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in instructional design, learning and development, training, project management, or a related field.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed.
