Talent Development Analyst

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, data reconciliation, and data validation activities
• Basic analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Willing and able to work the US shift (20:00–05:00 or 21:00–06:00 Manila time)

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and maintaining thorough documentation
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable contributing to a high-performing, visible team and communicating professionally with stakeholders at all levels of Outsourcing
