Talent Development Associate

JOB PURPOSE

The Talent Development Associate is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the talent development team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain employee training data in the training management system and generate quarterly analytical reports as needed.
• Assist in preparing and administrating training programs in different business locations.
• Prepare immersion plans, update design and information of the orientation program on a regular basis and assist in the facilitation of new employee orientation program.
• Maintain a library of training materials (books, videos, and audio tapes). Prepare and distribute training aids such as instructional material, handouts, and audiovisual equipment.
• Support the identification of learning needs by analyzing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels. Assist in researching new topics (training material) based on LNA findings.
• Monitor participation and completion of digital learning solutions within the department.
• Specific for regional roles: Support local trainers in the implementation of various group training initiatives and technical support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Zero to two years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Retail Training is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
