Talent Development

We are looking for a Talent Development professional to join our team and support talent acquisition, talent profiling, and learning & development initiatives across Edulab business units.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future organizational needs.
• Conduct talent profiling, competency assessment, and talent mapping.
• Identify employee development needs based on competency, performance, and potential.
• Design, coordinate, and evaluate learning & development programs.
• Develop talent and learning reports, insights, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business units to implement talent development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Education, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related HR functions.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and candidate assessment.
• Familiarity with psychometric assessment, competency assessment, or talent profiling.
• Experience in learning program development and implementation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organized, and people-oriented.
• Experience in the education industry is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
