As a Talent Development Consultant, you will play an important role in the growth of our community and. You will work with individuals who are looking to develop themselves, explore new opportunities and create greater flexibility and choice in their professional lives.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building positive, professional relationships and helping others identify their goals and potential.
• Providing guidance, encouragement and ongoing support to partners as they build and develop their own businesses.
• Promoting and marketing a range of personal development, leadership and success training programmes.
• Engaging with prospective clients and business partners through online networking, social media and other marketing activities.
• Developing your own leadership, communication, marketing and business skills through ongoing training and personal development.
• Taking ownership of your own activity, goals and business growth.
• Contributing to a positive, supportive and collaborative international community.
