Talent Development Manager

We are looking for Talent Development Manager to support the organization’s growth by developing human resources strategies that enhance organizational performance while leading end-to-end recruitment efforts. This role bridges organizational development initiatives with talent acquisition, ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent aligned with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead Learning & Development programs, talent management initiatives, and HI-PO development.
• Partner with leaders and HRBPs to identify and address training needs.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and performance review cycles.
• Oversee Performance & Goals Management in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support career development, succession planning, and employee growth.
• Manage onboarding programs, e-learning platforms, HR reporting, and data analysis.
• Continuously improve HR processes, tools, and development programs.

Profile:

• Demonstrated orientation to understanding the business and the ability to apply talent management process and tools to support strategic business objectives;
• Strong knowledge of performance management practices.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
