Job Responsibility:
Talent Development Manager designs, implements, and manages training and development programs to build employee capabilities, enhance performance, and support career growth aligned with company objectives.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in learning & development, training, or talent management
- Strong background in instructional design, facilitation, and leadership development.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align development initiatives with business goals.
