  • Plan and coordinate the logistics of assigned programmes – scheduling, registration, venue and platform set-up, materials production and distribution, catering and travel arrangements.
  • As part of training planning, source quotations, raise requisitions and purchase orders, verify and process vendor and provider invoices for approval.
  • Administer evaluation surveys and pre- and post-training assessments; monitor effectiveness, follow up with learners and leaders to confirm application on the job, identify mechanisms to track ROI and escalate observed performance gaps.

  • Assist with the coordination, design (where applicable) and launch of mandatory and regulatory training (AML/CFT, data protection, market conduct, product and systems certification) for the assigned population.
  • Build strong relationships with sales management, business unit leaders and advisors; observe sales encounters where practicable, collect feedback, monitor performance data and make recommendations; support learning path creation and performance review discussions.
  • Deliver programmes, share content and provide cover for colleagues in other territories as required to support one harmonised regional curriculum.
  • Keep abreast of sales, industry and talent development trends and best practice; drive own continuous professional development.
  • Work independently and with the reporting manager on special, non-recurring and ongoing projects.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.
