What is TDP - IT?

The Talent Development Program (TDP) IT is OK Bank's accelerated program for high-potential IT talents. Participants will gain intensive training, mentorship, and real banking project exposure.

The program is designed to strengthen participants' technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities to thrive in a dynamic banking environment and become future banking leaders.

Requirements

1. Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience
2. Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant technical fields
3. Proficient in English, both written and spoken
4. Strong analytical skills, highly motivated, and resilient
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical skills
