Talent Engineer Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing and candidate screening.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
• Support training and development activities.
• Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support performance management and HR processes.
• Respond to employee queries and provide HR support.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to HR policies.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day activities and administrative tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA HR, BCA, B.Sc. or B.Tech.
• Candidates with HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition internship experience are preferred.
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed job portals.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.
