How the Intern Will Contribute

The Talent Acquisition Intern will provide direct support across recruiting, campus engagement, and program administration activities, allowing the Campus Recruiter to focus on strategic initiatives and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting phone screens for trainee program candidates.
• Supporting campus recruiting events, including job fairs, classroom presentations, networking events, and recruiting activities.
• Assisting with campus planning and event logistics.
• Supporting intern programming and engagement initiatives.
• Creating marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content for campus events.
• Providing on-site support for recruiting and office-based events.
• Assisting with execution of the national virtual open house program.
• Developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for El Salvador campus recruiting processes.
• Supporting special projects as needed designed to enhance and scale the El Salvador campus recruiting strategy.

Education/Certification

• High school diploma/GED required
• Associate degree or some college or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office required
• Prior experience working with applicant tracking and recruitment systems preferred
• Experience using AI tools such as Copilot preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of administrative work experience or previous support of a human resources or recruitment team in an office environment or other confidential environment preferred.
• Previous experienced within a professional services firm preferred.
