Talent Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Talent Lead to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will lead a high-impact recruiting function supporting growth across multiple areas of the business. You will own search execution, partner closely with hiring managers, and help shape a strong talent acquisition strategy in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. The position also involves coaching recruiters, improving workflows, and using hiring data to drive better decisions and higher-quality outcomes.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and manage searches, ensuring exceptional hires across various functions
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and strategies
• Develop and coach the recruiting team through clear expectations and feedback
• Translate business needs into recruiting priorities and manage hiring analytics
• Scale hiring processes and implement technology to enhance workflows

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced tech environments
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing recruiting teams
• Proven success in attracting and closing both technical and non-technical talent
• Experience managing a significant requisition load, focusing on quality hires
• Ability to shape search strategies collaboratively and adapt based on feedback
