We're looking for a Talent Management & Development Operations Coordinator to join our Global Talent Management & Development team. In this role, you'll be the operational engine behind our leadership development programs, talent initiatives, coaching experiences, and learning technologies that help employees and leaders grow and succeed across the globe.

What You'll Do

• As a key member of our global Center of Expertise, you will:
• Coordinate the delivery of leadership development programs, coaching initiatives, talent reviews, webinars, and global learning experiences
• Manage participant communications, scheduling, enrollments, logistics, and stakeholder coordination across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats
• Partner with external coaches, facilitators, and learning vendors, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding participant experiences
• Administer learning and talent systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Learning, while maintaining high-quality data and reporting
• Create dashboards, reports, and insights that help inform talent and development decisions
• Support budget tracking, vendor invoicing, procurement processes, and financial administration
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, leaders, HR teams, and external partners around the world

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Program Coordination, or a similar operational role
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, projects, and competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and AI-enabled ways of working
• Business-fluent English and fluent Hungarian
• A customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to remain organized, responsive, and calm in a dynamic, evolving environment

Nice to Have

• SAP SuccessFactors experience (Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development)
• LinkedIn Learning administration experience
• Power BI, Power Automate, Qualtrics, or reporting/dashboarding experience
• Experience supporting global leadership development or coaching programs
• German language skills
