Job Responsibility :

1. Coordinate with department head to create meaningfull bonding event to foster each other relationship
2. With CEO and HR manager to plan out new joiner training and 1st 30days learning and mission achievement activity to make them master neccesary skill and knowlede to create result
3. To assit CEO in all other operation process work that related to Training and Culture Development in the company.

Work Experience Requirement :

1. At least have 2 year working experience in related Training and Culture Development
2. Must able to speak fluent and write Chinese language
3. Possed own transport and laptop
4. Added advantage if previously have work in Retail Industry

Academic Qualification Requirement :

1. At least Degree qualification in Human Resource Related Study
2. Able to use Google G-Suite function example : Google Slide, Calender, & etc
3. Able to use Capcut to edit video and Canva to design
4. Currently subscribe at least Chat Gpt

Remuneration :

1. EPF SOSCO, EIS, Staff Insurance, Monthly Mission Goal Allowance
2. Millage Claim, Car & Toll Claim, Laptop Subsidy
3. Yearly Bonus, Profit Sharing,
4. And many more others will be disclose when come for interview

Big Bath KL, 16, Jalan Metro Pudu, Off, Jln Yew, Fraser Business Park, 55200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Working Time :
Monday - Friday , 10am - 7pm
