Talent Management

For our client, we are seeking a Talent Management to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape and operationalize the company’s talent management philosophy in support of a modern, AI-native organization. The position will partner closely with People Partners and senior leaders to build scalable frameworks, programs, and tools that improve talent density and align people strategy with business priorities. It is a high-impact opportunity to influence how the organization develops leaders, translates strategy into practice, and strengthens overall organizational effectiveness.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $230,000 – $270,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operationalize the company’s talent philosophies
• Co-build the programmatic talent engine for People Partners
• Enable talent density through self-service strategies
• Lead high-leverage talent strategy projects
• Ensure alignment between talent programs and business needs

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in talent management strategies and programs
• Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and driving change
• Ability to translate talent philosophies into tools and frameworks
• Strong business acumen and judgment
• Passion for reimagining talent management in an AI-native environment
