Talent Management Manager

About the role

The Talent Management Manager leads the strategic direction and execution of recruitment and employee growth. This role bridges the gap between hiring needs and workforce development to ensure high team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment, candidate sourcing, and build a strong employer brand
• Develop proactive hiring pipelines for critical organizational vacancies
• Design programs, workshops, and leadership paths to build employee skills
• Identify team competency gaps and roll out targeted developmental training
• Set employee goals, run reviews, and provide regular feedback
• Find high-potential staff and prepare them for future leadership roles
• Create programs to keep high valued employees and reduce turnover

About you

• Strategic Leadership: Ability to align Employee development with HR operations and overall business objectives
• Program Architecture: Proven experience building both training programs and hiring funnels
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Skill in measuring recruitment efficiency and training return-on-investment (ROI)
