Talent Management Officer

About the role

The Talent Management Officer is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of Talent Management programs across SLMC's One Healthcare System. The role provides technical, administrative, and analytical support in key Talent Management areas, including talent review and calibration, succession planning, leadership development, high-potential development, Individual Development Plans, career development, talent assessment, and talent retention.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the effective execution of planned Talent Management programs and initiatives by coordinating with key stakeholders
• Prepare program materials and reports
• Track program progress
• Maintain accurate talent data
• Provide support in the implementation of talent-related processes, projects, and interventions aligned with the organization's strategic people priorities
• Support talent management planning and program delivery
• Support talent assessment and individual development planning
• Support leadership development and learning programs
• Conduct talent analytics, reporting, and progress monitoring
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide program advocacy

Professional Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science Course / AB / BS Psychology and/or related discipline

• Preferably with Master’s Degree units in Psychology / HR / Industrial-Organizational Psychology

● Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience, involving any organization-wide productivity or TM program and related activities
