Working closely with one of the Directors you will lean into the market of architects/engineers/estimators/project managers learning and growing as you embrace the candidate aspect, building strong pipelines, creating lasting networks and diving deeply into these specialist market sectors. As most roles will be contract assignments it is essential that you can exhibit a pro active approach in meeting the talent market. Building your I.P in order that you can takeover clients and the end to end process in the future.
