- Performance Management & Talent Reviews: Direct the annual talent review and performance evaluation cycles, facilitating calibration sessions with regional business leaders to identify high-potentials (HiPos) and address talent gap risks.
- Leadership Capability Development: Partner with Global Learning & Development (L&D) to design targeted leadership acceleration frameworks, mentoring initiatives, and career pathway models tailored to high-performing technical and corporate talent.
- Talent Analytics & Insights: Leverage HR data analytics (Workday, SuccessFactors) to monitor key talent metrics—including retention rates, internal mobility ratios, succession readiness, and leadership flight risks—delivering actionable insights to regional executive committees.
- Organization Effectiveness & Culture: Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Inclusion & Diversity leads to embed equitable talent mobility frameworks and drive a high-performance continuous learning culture.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Domain Mastery: Deep expertise in talent frameworks (e.g., 9-Box Matrix, Lominger/Korn Ferry Competencies, 360 Feedback), succession planning methodologies, and assessment tools.
- Data & HR Tech Proficiency: Strong command of enterprise HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and HR data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Leadership & Influence: Outstanding executive presence, cross-cultural facilitation skills, and proven capability to advise and influence senior business leaders.
