Talent Manager

Make every guest feel like the star of the show

When a guest walks into our studio, the experience should feel effortless, from the moment their flight is booked to the moment they step under the lights. Behind that is someone who has thought of everything. That is this role.

We are building a live game show studio in Warsaw, and we are looking for a Talent Manager to look after every guest who comes through our doors. You will coordinate guests, plan their travel and hospitality, keep the schedule tight, and make sure everyone who appears on our shows leaves wanting to come back.

What you will do

You will be the main point of contact for every guest appearing in the studio, along with their managers and agents. You will confirm bookings, brief guests on what to expect, and make sure they arrive prepared and on time.

You will own guest travel and hospitality from start to finish: flights, hotels, transfers, dietary needs and the small details that make a visit memorable. When plans change at the last minute, which they will, you will fix them calmly and quickly.

You will manage guest scheduling alongside the studio's production calendar, working closely with the Head of Studio and the production team so every show runs to time. On show days, you will look after guests on set and make sure their experience is as polished as the show itself.

What you will bring

• At least three years of experience in talent coordination, guest management, live events, television, entertainment or hospitality
• Experience working with public figures, creators or high-profile guests and their representatives
• Strong organisation and logistics skills, with the ability to manage several guests and schedules at once
• Calm, confident problem-solving under pressure
• Warm, professional communication and a genuine instinct for hospitality
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and show days when the schedule requires it
• Full working rights in Poland; this role does not offer sponsorship

Bonus points for

• Experience in a live studio, broadcast or streaming environment
• A background in gaming, esports, iGaming or entertainment
• Polish and additional languages, particularly Spanish, Portuguese or Russian
