Talent Manager

Woah Management represents 18 of Sweden’s most-watched creators on TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat. We’re now looking for a driven and creative Talent Manager to strengthen our team and lead the commercial side of our business, connecting our creators with the right brands and turning ideas into successful partnerships.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with our creators to strategically build their careers
• Drive sales and client contact to grow revenue from influencer marketing campaigns
• Proactively reach out to brands with tailored pitches based on each creator’s audience and the client’s goals
• Negotiate and coordinate campaigns with companies and PR agencies
• Manage budgets and commercial targets for individual creators
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and creators
• Follow up on campaigns to ensure quality and client satisfaction

What you bring

• 2+ year of experience in sales and influencer marketing
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
• A creative mindset and the confidence to approach new clients
• Self-driven, with a strong ability to work in a team
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• A degree in media and communications, PR or a related field

• Location: Remote, with in-person client meetings in the Stockholm area
