This is a unique opportunity to combine workforce reporting, people systems, recruitment enablement and workforce solutions in a role that makes a tangible impact across the organisation. You' will work closely with the business to improve how we use workforce data, streamline processes, solve workforce challenges and support better hiring outcomes.

No two weeks will look the same. One day you might be developing workforce insights for leaders, the next improving recruitment reporting, supporting a system enhancement, analysing workforce trends or helping design a smarter solution to a workforce challenge.

  • Translating complex workforce information into clear and meaningful insights for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to building efficient and sustainable talent and workforce practices across the organisation.

What you bring to the team:

  • Experience working with workforce data, reporting, people systems or workforce analytics.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to identify trends, patterns and opportunities within workforce information.
  • Experience improving processes, systems or ways of working.
  • Advanced capability in Excel and experience working with reporting and data visualisation tools.
  • A proactive and solutions mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build credibility.
  • The ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, workforce planning, HR projects or people-related initiatives will be highly regarded.
  • The flexibility to move between operational priorities, project work and improvement initiatives as team and business needs evolve.

If you're excited by the idea of improving systems, enabling smarter recruitment, solving workforce challenges and helping shape the future of talent, we would love to hear from you.
