Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned function, interns may be involved in:

1. Supporting day-to-day operational and administrative activities within the assigned function.
2. Assisting in projects and tasks relevant to the assigned function and area of study.
3. Conducting research, data collection, analysis, and/or documentation to support business needs.
4. Collaborating with team members and other functions to support ongoing activities and projects.
5. Contributing ideas and participating in process improvement and/or business initiatives.
6. Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with Tugu Insurance policies and applicable regulations.

Who Can Apply

1. Student Status: Active students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Field of Study: Open to various educational backgrounds, subject to the requirements of the available internship position.
3. Skills: Microsoft Office and other relevant technical skills based on the position.
4. Willing and available to participate in an internship program of up to 6 (six) months, depending on the available position.

Recruitment Process

All applications submitted through the Tugu Internship Program will be reviewed and screened based on the candidate's background, qualifications, interests, and available internship opportunities.

Candidates whose profiles match the requirements of an available internship position may be contacted to proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process, which may include:

Application → Administrative Screening → HC Interview → User Interview → Additional Assessment (if required) → Selection

The recruitment process and assessment stages may vary depending on the internship position and function.
