Our modeling agency is seeking a results-driven Talent Recruiter to connect emerging talent with premier opportunities across high-fashion, editorial design, pageantry, and professional etiquette throughout the El Paso market.

The Role In this position, you will use your sales expertise to scout, evaluate, and sign exceptional talent. Beyond filling open castings, you will build proactive sourcing campaigns and cultivate an elite, diverse talent roster that reflects our agency’s standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive Sourcing: Design innovative outreach strategies leveraging social platforms, industry databases, and direct networking.
• Talent Screening: Conduct compelling phone and video screenings to assess candidate readiness, presentation, and skill alignment.
• Pipeline & Sales Growth: Drive lead generation efforts and consistently hit agency recruitment targets.
• Database & Relationship Coordination: Coordinate agency castings/client appointments while maintaining a clean, structured candidate management system.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of demonstrated success in sales, lead generation, or quota-driven recruiting.
• Strong interpersonal acumen with an instinctive ability to establish trust and rapport.
• Tech-fluent, including familiarity with modern sourcing tools, social media marketing, and standard office software.
• Thrives in high-energy environments with sharp prioritization and multitasking skills.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
