Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various roles within the organization through market mapping, networking, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in recruitment metrics, making recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies to meet those needs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Sourcing Specialist role.
• Strong understanding of Market Mapping principles and ability to apply them in a recruitment context.
• Proficiency in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or other professional networks for sourcing candidates.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights from sources like LinkedIn's "People You May Know" feature.
