Job Overview

In the Talent Sourcer role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and screening potential candidates for specialized technical positions. A key element of this role is the ability to attract highly competitive, best-fit talent and continuously build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

In addition to talent sourcing, this role will include lead generation and market research responsibilities . You will help identify potential partners and companies that match our target profile, research new markets and opportunities, and build high-quality prospect lists to support our business development efforts.

We are looking for someone who enjoys research, knows how to find the right people and companies online, and is comfortable working across both talent sourcing and lead generation .

Success in this role will be determined by the quality and number of qualified candidates sourced, the strength of our talent pipelines, and the ability to consistently identify relevant prospects and new opportunities for our sales team.

What You’ll Do

Talent Sourcing

• Communicate with the team about available positions and their requirements.
• Source and engage potential candidates through professional networks, social media, job platforms, and other relevant channels.
• Identify and screen potential candidates for specialized technical positions.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and organize online interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage and maintain accurate information in the company’s candidate database.
• Research new sourcing channels and approaches to reach highly competitive talent.

Lead Generation & Market Research

• Research and identify potential partners and companies that match our target profile.
• Build and continuously expand high-quality prospect lists for the sales team.
• Research companies, decision-makers, industries, markets, and relevant business segments.
• Find and verify relevant company and contact information using LinkedIn, company websites, databases, and other research tools.
• Support targeted research projects based on specific industries, geographies, company profiles, or sales priorities.
• Maintain accurate and structured lead data in our internal systems.
• Collaborate with the team on new lead generation initiatives and research requests.
• Track results and help us understand which sourcing and lead generation approaches are most effective.

About You

• 1+ year of proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Researcher, or in a similar research-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including recruiting through social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings.
• Strong online research skills and the ability to find relevant people, companies, and information efficiently.
• Experience working with LinkedIn and familiarity with professional networking and prospecting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of information.
• Proactive and curious mindset—you enjoy finding new ways to reach candidates and uncover new opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple research and sourcing priorities.
