Tally Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally and day-to-day accounting activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounting entries, managing invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting routine financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
• Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, and vouchers.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain cash books, bank books, and general ledgers.
• Assist in GST and TDS-related accounting and documentation.
• Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
• Verify bills, invoices, and other financial documents.
• Prepare basic MIS reports and assist with monthly account closing.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and support audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Accuracy in maintaining financial records and meeting deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
