Position Details

• Post: Tally Operator (Back Office Support)
• Salary: ₹16,000 per month
• Age Requirement: 30 years and above
• Experience: Previous experience in accounting and back-office operations is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day financial transactions accurately using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Handle billing, invoicing, purchase entries, and ledger maintenance.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash books, and vendor/customer accounts.
• Provide comprehensive back-office administrative support to the management and sales/service teams.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records, vouchers, and statutory reports (GST, TDS, etc., if applicable).
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing or accounting discrepancies.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience working as a Tally Operator or in a similar back-office accounting role.
• Skills: Proficiency in Tally software, MS Excel, and good typing speed. Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Age: 30+ years preferred for better stability and operational maturity.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
