Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP software.
- Perform data entry, reconciliation, and maintenance of financial records accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounting practices.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in an accounting role or similar field.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP software is essential; knowledge of other accounting software a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills; ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
