Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Tally software to enter and process customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate and follow up with warehouse and suppliers regarding availability of stock. (Requires timely communication and follow up)
• Verify the accuracy of order information, including product details, quantities, pricing, and customer details.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
• Maintain updated records of all orders, including order status, tracking numbers, and delivery information.
• Assist in resolving any order-related issues or customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and payments using Tally.
• Follow established processes and standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency and quality in order processing.
