Tally Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Billing: Generate error-free Tax Invoices, Proforma Invoices (PI), and Delivery Challans daily using Tally Prime.
• E-Way Bills & GST: Calculate CGST, SGST, and IGST accurately. Generate E-Way Bills and E-Invoices directly from Tally or the government portal.
• Stock Management: Process inward and outward stock entries in Tally to ensure physical warehouse inventory matches the system.
• Product Codes: Learn and memorize our technical product model numbers and part codes to ensure 100% accurate billing for every order.
• Dispatch Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse and packing team to make sure materials are dispatched on time with the correct paperwork.
• Ledger Maintenance: Keep customer and vendor ledgers updated and follow up on basic accounts receivable.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of direct experience in billing, dispatch, or inventory management (preferably in a manufacturing or hardware company).
• Software Skills: Must have strong, hands-on practical knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Taxation Knowledge: Must know current GST rules, E-Way Bill limits, and E-Invoicing processes.
• Education: B.Com graduate or equivalent degree.
• Qualities: High attention to detail, good memory for product codes, and ability to work fast during dispatch hours.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
