Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tally Operator to manage accounting entries, maintain financial records, and handle day-to-day accounting operations using Tally software.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Handle sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
• Manage GST entries, GST invoicing, and basic GST reconciliation.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and other financial records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank books.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and outstanding statements.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting data and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for daily accounting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Tally Operator or in a similar accounting role.
• Good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to maintain records and complete tasks within deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
• Location: Mowa, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
