What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor turnaround/project schedules using Primavera P6 and identify critical paths.
- Prepare material requirements, BOMs, estimates and material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with BPCL Inspection & Maintenance teams and contractors.
- Prepare scope of work, schedules, codification sheets and related documentation.
- Monitor daily maintenance and repair activities and contractor progress.
- Maintain job records and prepare daily progress reports.
- Verify and identify materials at warehouse/storage locations.
- Coordinate with contractors for timely execution of turnaround activities.
- Obtain approval of schedules from the BPCL Engineer-in-Charge and monitor progress.
- Perform other planning-related duties as instructed by the BPCL Engineer-in-Charge.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Preferred Candidate: Mechanical Engineer with strong Primavera P6 skills and proven Certificate. Experience in refinery/petrochemical turnaround, shutdown or project planning.
