From documentary shorts and music videos to social media series and podcasts, we specialize in end-to-end production—turning vision into reality, from concept to final delivery.

Who you are: As an Editor, you'll be responsible for shaping raw footage into compelling, polished stories that align with creative goals and client expectations. You'll collaborate with directors, post producers, creatives, and finishing teams to deliver broadcast-ready and digital-first content that resonates. Ideal candidates are creative problem solvers with a strong storytelling sense, attention to detail, and experience editing branded and commercial content.

Role Summary

• Edit commercials, branded content, sizzle reels, social spots, and case studies
• Work with directors, producers, and agency creatives to execute editorial vision
• Interpret scripts, storyboards, and selects into compelling visual stories
• Manage media organization, syncing, versioning, and editorial timelines
• Handle multiple deliverables per project, including cutdowns, social formats, and revisions
• Implement client and internal feedback with a solutions-first mindset
• Collaborate with motion, sound, color, and VFX teams during post
• Prep timelines for finishing, including online conform and delivery
• Maintain proper file management and data backup workflows

Experience & Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience editing commercial or branded content
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (primary), with working knowledge of After Effects and Resolve
• Strong narrative instincts and editorial rhythm
• Excellent eye for performance, pacing, and visual composition
• Familiar with multi-platform delivery requirements (broadcast, digital, social, OLV)
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication skills
• Experience with tools such as Frame.io, Dropbox, LucidLink, Slack, Google Drive

Expectations

• Motion graphics and VFX editing experience
• Familiarity with audio editing and sound design and color grading
• Experience in a client-facing role or leading sessions
• Prior experience at an editorial house, ad agency, or production company
