Tamil Tele Caller

Popular Vehicles & Services Ltd., one of the leading automobile dealership groups in India, is looking for Tele-calling Executives to join our Customer Relation Center. This role involves interacting with customers over phone for sales support, service support, lead follow-ups, feedback collection, and customer assistance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Follow up with customers regarding vehicle sales enquiries and service reminders
• Contact customers for feedback collection after sales and service
• Manage digital leads received through website, social media, and online campaigns
• Assist customers with vehicle service bookings and general enquiries
• Record all customer interactions and call outcomes in the CRM system
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly communication approach

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
• Ability to interact confidently with customers
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
